From Monticchiello you can easily reach Valdorcia and progress up to Mount Amiata and the Rocca Aldobrandesca in Castiglion d’Orcia. Besides relaxing, in the tranquillity of small restaurants of the village you can find the best typical products of the valley (olive-oil, cheeses and wines).
